Our Troop is committed to give young men traits, ideals, and morals that will last. We teach leadership, responsibility, and duty along with camping, knot tying, plant and animal identification, wilderness survival, cooking, first-aid, preparedness, history and much more. . .

We work through the Holy Name Society who charters us and provide others help whenever needed.

As a Troop we go on camping trips, and activities. We sell popcorn, wreathes, and kringles to raise funds for our troop. We do service projects as often as possible. We train to advance in ranks in hopes that all will become true Eagle Scouts.

We train our youth to become true leaders by the National Youth Leadership Training course. NYLT Pine Tree is the course that the Potawatomi Area Council sponsors and runs.

Our troop is also in full support of the Order of the Arrow. The Order of the Arrow is an honors fraternity in the Boy Scouts of America. To join you must be voted in by the other members in your group.
