Board of Review : A board of review must be held for each scout prior to any advancement. the board of review can be held at any time of the year. The scout must have his records checked by the advancement chairperson and must have a Scoutmaster Conference before having a board of review. The board is made up of three adults who will ask various questions about the scout and the troop. It is the board's decision to advance or hold back the scout.
