Chairs/Cleanup – please be early to set up the chairs in the loop. Put away chairs and help with any other cleanup.
Handouts – please be early to make sure that everyone has a handout as they enter the meeting room.
Flag – please get the flag and flag bases from the closet in the girl’s bathroom. Put the flags in the back of the room. Set up the flag stands up front and also put the flag equipment away at the end of the meeting.
