We are using Google Calendar to store our event information. There are many advantages by using Google Calendar. Specifically, it offers an easy to navigate interface via a web browser and allows users to subscribe to the calendar so that any event changes are automatically synchronized to their local calendars (including some hand-held devices).
There are a number of applications that may subscribe to a Google calendar. The URL of the Pack calendar can be obtained from the bottom of the calendar.

you copied in the previous step. Click Add.
- The Internet Calendar is now part of your Outlook Send/Receive group and whenever you press F5, Outlook will synchronize it's content with the online Google Calendar. Remember that it's only a one way data transfer. New events added to Outlook won't be published to the Google Calendar.
