The Boy Scouts of America require a new Medical Form every year. Before anyone can attend overnights or trips (including parents and siblings), the form must be completed and returned to Cubmaster Mann.
Please complete sections A and C (section B is not required).
In order for us to meet payment requirements all fees for this event must be paid on or before Saturday December 11, 2010. Since this is an overnight event all attendees including adults must have a Boy Scout Medical Form on file. Please click on the above link.
Fees for this event: Adult $43.00 Scout $4.00 (Pack pays $39.00)
The Cub-O-Ree is January 8th, 2011 starting at 8:30am at Sussex/Hamilton HS. The fee for this event is $5.00 per scout (Pack pays $10).

The sign up for this camping weekend is arriving fast. Everyone had a great time this year and I believe most if not all said they will be back next year. Sign up for this event is in the Fall and every year there are families who miss the deadline and get placed on the waiting list. Please watch the updates and sign up as soon as possible.

Parents committee agreed to begin financial assistance program to assure all scouts can participate in outings.
